I've never been one to branch out on social media but I feel like this is a little different. Im currently on the ketogenic diet and have lost 13 lbs of stubborn weight. My blood pressure is way too high for a 30 year old and im happy to say its down! Im here for friends and support as my girlfriend doesnt feel the same way about eating as I do. Tell me your story of achieving weight loss or the fitness you desire! Im here to support you. We are in this together!

I feel like what I lack most is discipline. And I think that's the most important part in this journey. I've lost, gained, lost, and gained back my weight, and it's really just frustrating. Any tips on maintaining discipline?0 -
Hello! I am also on a ketogenic diet right now and I love it! My cravings for junk are way down and I've lost 22 lbs in 10 weeks, which is astounding considering I spent the previous 10 months working out religiously and eating low fat and not losing a pound. It can be so difficult when a significant other doesn't support your way of eating. I told my husband I didn't think I could do keto without him so he agreed to try and loves it more than I do. He's lost 25 lbs doing more low carb than keto, but still! I still have a long way to go to hit my weight loss goal but I'm hoping to start running again soon, so hopefully I can work towards my goal of running a 10k. Feel free to shoot me a friend request or messages if you need some good keto recipes. It is more work, but I've been able to find a keto recipe for most of my favorite foods.0

I'm facing the same struggle with my husband. He loves to eat heavy starches like white rice and potatoes. It's a struggle because I'm the one who cooks and he's not open to trying new healthy dishes.0
