Hey everyone, hope you're all doing well
I've been losing weight since February, and have lost 65lbs since then till joining this site.
It's not the first time I've had to lose a large amount of weight, have put it on in the past due to injury.
I train with heavy weights 4 times a week with cardio after, plus usually run 5-10km runs twice during the week.
Just looking for that final bit of motivation to keep on track down the final straight.

WOW Dave! Good for you losing that weight. Sounds to me like you don't need any motivation at all. Weights, cardio 4xs a week! WOWOOHOOOO! BUT...if you think you motivation, add me as a friend. I'll yell at you like a drill master if you need it
