I have been drinking green tea, on and off, for many years. And every time, it has been a staple in my fat burning diet. I also incorporate eating a grapefruit or citrus after a meal every other day. Articles on Web MD, Medical News Today, and Lifehack all show very similar benefits to the intake of green tea. So,....

How often do you drink green tea?

How much?

Do you have personal experience of it's benefits?

What green tea

Never! I think green tea tastes horrible. If there were proven weight loss benefits i would surely force myself to chug it down, but green tea does not = weight loss, it's just tea.

Its benefits are that it's warm, tasty, and delivers a non-overwhelming modicum of caffeine, which is what's called for if I'm dozing off in the middle of the day.

I've got a relatively inexpensive sencha on my shelf right now.

Green tea is good for you, the brand doesn't matter. It's not magically going to make you lose weight. You drink green tea and subsequently pee. To lose weight, you eat less than your body needs.

Those aren't really reputable websites, unfortunately. Scientifically proven, green tea, acv, grapefruit are not fat burners. If they were, no one would be overweight considering how common that woo is.

Eating less calories is a great fat burner, though, and free.
