Need someone who wants and needs to lose weight.

I have to lose 30 pounds for my health. My aim is 1 or 2 pounds a week. I don't want to set high goals because then I will fail and give up. I weight in every Monday. I can't exercise because of my health. So I can only do it by eating healthy. Is there anyone that is in the same boat as me.

    I'm tired of failing to meet my goals so I set real simple ones. Plus I'm a foodie. I loooove to cook and try new recipes. But I've decided to give it my all this time. I don't feel like I'm getting much out of my workouts but kinda scared to push too hard

    I need to lose about 40lbs. I'm slowly trying to lose 1-2lbs a week, mostly by eating better. I walk 30 minutes when I can. My biggest issue is stress eating at work. You can add me.
