So any advice
Keep going and review on 4 weeks or change the numbers now?
I started strong lifts and counting macros at the start of April. I just did my weight and measurements now. So here are my numbers
I'm F 5'3"
SW 73.9 Cw 73.5 ( although this did drop below 73 in mid month) but I upped my cals according to a macro calculator.
Chest 41➡40
Waist 39➡35
Hips 41➡40
Tummy 41➡39
Thighs/biceps/calf's sts.
I'm delighted with the inches lost and feel great but I was expecting at least a 1 kg weight loss. Now I'm cool with the numbers and def not a slave to the scales.
So should I just tighten up on my macros (not hitting everyday) and cico and see how I am in another 4 weeks and stay strong?
I'm 1660 cals which I'm happy with as i love my food.
Just interested in others experience/ views.

Are these numbers kilos? Because if so, there is probably something off with your calorie counting, you cannot maintain this weight for a month with just 1660 cals. Are you using a food scale?0
