My fellow MFP'ers, especially those that are finding it hard to not have peanut butter as much, good news, this powdered peanut butter is not to bad! I got my delivery, today, of two jars of regular and two jars of the chocolate. Mind you I was really skeptical not only because I love, love, love peanut butter and have been trying to think of every way possible to get it here and there, but also because I have tried so many "new to me" things lately, and have not been able to stand to many of them. (especially the miracle noodle  ) But, I just got done with yard work and I have so many calories left to consume and there sat my box of powdered peanut butters. So, I made up the 2 Tbsp of the chocolate and had it on a 100 calorie bagel and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! It is not AWESOME, but it is not bad and I will continue to order it. One of my favorite breakfast smoothies is banana with peanut butter and my chocolate protein powder so tomorrow I am going to try the regular and use it in my smoothie. I also have been wanting to try the peanut butter cookie recipe from my Taste of Home Guilt Free cookbook and I am going to do that using the powdered peanut butter and cut the calories back even more. So, I am here to tell you, it is not bad and I would be the first to tell you if I did not like it.
