Hi everyone....I am on my second week of myfitnesspal and am completely impressed with the detail and functionality which will benefit me in accomplishing my goals (reduce cholesterol and lose 5-10 LBS.)
I've recently retired from my chef/baker career at a large Big Ten University that afforded me the luxury of working with a staff of nutrition specialists and interns. I'm happy to assist those that are looking for ideas and/or guidance in crafting their own recipes that meet their goals while hopefully elevating the quality of the meal experience.
