Happened to me too. Go to the dr and get checked. I usually get these symptoms when I have a UTI with no other symptoms.

It's not uncommon to get a uti with no other symptoms. It's hard to imagine bc we're so use to the idea of burning, etc. A longstanding uti can back up into the kidneys. But, it also would cause a fever at least intermittently bc of a bacteria being present.

I am the LAST person to recommend someone go to the doctor, but in your case I really would. You'll need a urine test at the bare minimum.

On the upside, kidney failure is not likely to produce drastic blood test differences in such a short period of time (unless it's a devastating failure). If your gp has been running regular CMP's then she would have seen some variation in the numbers along the way.

I would second taking in a sample that concerns you. Although they may want to retest a new urine sample, an old one can be helpful as a previous poster said. I would function off the thought it's a uti and deal with it that way until you can get in.

Natural uti helps to tide you over until doc appt. - mannose. 2 caps 4x's a day. Dandelion tea. Marshmallow root tea (these teas are more for physical comfort while you wait.) Cranberry juice (not cocktail). The no sugar type. Tart cranberry juice can halt a UTI and kidney infection if you can get enough into you. Personally, we use the mannose because it's easy to take and if it's an e-coli uti infection will work within 24hrs. And if it's not a UTI, none of these things will hurt you to ingest (if it doesn't hurt and might help comes to mind here).

And MAKE them test you for diabetes. It's also possible you've got more then one issue going on.

    Hoping it's something simple!!!

    Be well.

Get checked out. I would go to the ER or Urgent Care and skip making a doctors appointment! If you go to the ER they will do testing while you are there unlike if you go to your family doctor where you have to wait days to get results. Could you be diabetic? Let us know how it goes.

    You're UK-based, aren't you, and it's a bank holiday weekend.

Call the NHS 111 number and explain your symptoms. See what they think. If it's urgent in their opinion, you'll get a hospital referral or an out-of-hours GP appointment on Sunday.

I made that same mistake lol She's in London, Canada, not London, UK.
    Ah, good save!

    Er, OP, ignore my post!

Im a super busy person so ill have to literally call in sick from work to go so im wondering if you guys have any suggestions first.

Im dehydrated. I drink tons of liquid. I literally wake up to a 2 litre within first hour and sleep to a 2 litre within the last 2 hours (water). At work i drink 2-4 big cups. And thats not even including cofffee or tea or liquid in my smoothies and foods. My body doesnt seem to be absorbing it, But its backwards to because it also doesnt seem to be expelling it based on my pee color o__O

Its happened before where im super dehydrated even though im drinking plenty, Normally it passes. Its been a few weeks now i have no idea where the water is going to but my pee is now a mix of scary dark in the morning and dark orangy yellow mid day. Its supposed to be lemonade at worst.

Im mainly worried because im getting headaches and my mouth is constantly dry now no matter how much i drink.

    Any thoughts?

OK, so ... since "scary dark in the morning" would indicate blood in your urine ... did you go see a Dr today?

Yes it's worth a doctors visit. Today.

Urine colour doesn't always corolate to hydration and can reflect a number of other health issues.

Get yourself assessed by a medical professional and not a bunch of random people on the Internet.

Hey, just wanted to say I hope you've gotten in to see a doc and it turns out not to be anything serious.
