I left MFP to try Weight Watchers...and fail.
Let me say, they have a fantastic community and support system. However, I was gaining weight on the plan and, as they kept advising I cut out things, cut back on things, etc, it became, in my mind, a waste of money. I figured I could simply be 100% accountable with MFP for free.

So I am back. I need to stick with it this time and not completely abandon my plan to "try something that might work better." Just plug my numbers in MFP and use my target daily calories wisely.

I know there is nothing special to it; eat healthy, be active, and stay the course. Boring as that sounds, that is what worked before and what, likely, will work again -- for me anyhow.

There are people who truly succeed with more aggressive strategies, but I think I might be part loris or sloth or something... slooooooooow creature. Onward I go.
