6 stone loss & 1st 10k

I have lost 6 stone and have another 4 stone to go. I started "running" in November and can just about manage 5k now. I'm running a 10k at the end of May but plan on walking some of it. My main goal for this is to be a better and more active mum for my 6yr old son. I'd love to connect with some people to share this with especially the struggle with exercise as it doesn't come easy to me.
