Got to use TDEE

I calculate my TDEE I'm 18y'rs old 172.5cm male 68kg, I choose 3-5hrs/week moderate exercise but I'm exercising over that rate I can do 6-7hrs or over around every week but I'll play safe Scooby give me around 2600-2700 Any opinions or I'll do wrong on my calculation? Comment it down, Thanks (Y)

It's close enough. The only thing that will tell you what you want to know is the scale and a few weeks. Pick a number, go for several weeks, then adjust. You're about right at 2600-2700 to start.1

Shouldn't it be TWEE if you're committing to X hours of exercise per week?
Edit: Or maybe RWEE for rough weekly energy expenditure? If it's based on 3 to 5 hours and you're going to be doing 6 to 7, it's not total energy use at all.0 -
My opinion on using calculators/estimators and deliberately putting in false information is that it's a complete waste of time.
Might as well just pick a number out of the air.
You have been on here long enough to have a good idea of your TDEE. A calculator that you have fed the wrong information into and doesn't know your logging accuracy is hardy likely to better your actual experience.5 -
