love handles

Here's a bit about me. I"m 36, 5'3 and a mother of 4. Before baby 4, I was always 116-119 pounds with shoes/clothes before breakfast. After her, I've had these newly developed love handles. I thus, began to do more weight lifting, heavier, more complete moves, and have to basically stick with walking, because of knee issues. I used to run. I now weigh 119-120 but these love handles don't budge, and they drive me insane, because I look terrible in all my old jeans/ pants and I refuse to buy new clothes. Some tell me to bulk, others say to lose, and I"m really trying to do clean eating, but my family likes to eat out twice a week (and I do all I can to pick sensibly). I walk 5-6 times a week as fast as my knees allow and weight lift 4 days a week. And yet no changes at all. Im doing like 1500-1600 calories daily.hingyvxylfw4.jpg
