Teeny tiny success this week.

I lost 2.6 lbs since yesterday! lol it's gotta be water weight but I still wanted to say it loud and proud.

Only 30 more to go.

Another small success: I designed a 3-day per week gym workout that's got me totally sore. One day is for chest, triceps, some legs. Another is back and biceps. Another all legs and core. Each day has a bit of cardio as well.

It's a good start!

    Well done on the weight loss and exercise! I can't manage much training so only walk and jog at the moment xx but have lost 83-85 lbs since April 2016 and 13lbs off target and now thinking should of started training long time ago but can't dwell on the past and have to look forward! Little bit at a time! Longer it takes to come off the better!
