I'm in need of new recipes, and there's a lot of food they say I can and can't have which gets confusing, so anyone with good healthy recipes for a pregnant lady that she can enjoy, please share

I'm still eating the same food I did before pregnancy with the exception of lunch meat, cooking meats 100%, eating pasteurized cheeses, and making sure I'm not getting too much tuna (which I was never in danger of anyway). So basically the only difference is that my steaks and burgers are well done.

I think people should spend more time composing their meals than trying to ban or deify certain foods. Love all the foods.

So compose your meals to include a veggie, another carb on the side, and a decent portion of protein. Polish off with a glass of milk.1
