Weight gain

Please help me guys. I want to gain weight , desperately

    Do u just want to gain weight or put muscle on do u workout if so what kind of workout do you do?

    Figure out what your maintenance calories are and add 10-15%.

    Consume a surplus of calories.

    Ya it's really just eat larger meals, more often a day. Aim for 5-6 meals a day. Figure out how many calories you need to maintain and then calculate how much calories to add in order to gain. I've calculated that I need about 3200 calories daily to maintain and about 4000 to gain. Pretty hard for me to do since I'm broke as *kitten*.

    Here's a really good article for you. It has the equations to calculate your BMR and figure out how much you need to eat to gain

    If you maintain at 3200, then 4k is a bit aggressive. You might be better off with 3500-3700 to minimize fat gains.
