Sundays are not best days for walking but we do try too get a short walk in=between church services while the weather is still cooler...Once it gets HOT then Sundays are completely out...Managed 1.0 Walking mile yesterday.

May has been a bit of an exercise disaster for me ... sudden and unexpected surgery mid-May took me out of the game for the most part and I've been struggling a bit with the recovery. Nevertheless, I did try to keep moving ...
