New month, new challenge!

Our challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!

You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

    I would love to do this, as I am a step tracking fanatic!

    My goal is 12,000 steps per day, given to me by my Garmin watch which (I think) uses an average of my daily steps to determine my goal for each day. I range anywhere from 8,000 - 25,000 depending on what I do that day (I run, walk, and sometimes both).

    Im late but definitely wanna add this to my to do list I average 15 to 20000 steps a day so I would like to move past that. My goal for the month is to hit 125,000 steps
