3/5/2017 - 169 lbs (2 lost! woohoo!!)
10/5/2017 - 167 - I feel like I'll hit my mini goal of 163 this month (out of obese BMI range).

I screwed up last time and had my weights switched around. I had lost 2 pounds. My goal changed. I could not keep up with doing the 30DS video with the cardio I am doing, mainly because the only time I could do it was at night/so I was working out two different times in a day. It was too much. Until I have lost some more fat/hit my goal I have backed off on adding strength, at least for now.3 -

Looks like I won't be hitting my 137 target by the end of May but I'm still losing (little by little ) so as long as the scales keeps going down each week I'll be happy enough.

24/5/2017 - 165 - I saw this this morning and was a little disappointed at the slow progress (but I know why...my fault), then I thought - at this rate I could be 140 by Christmas and have some seriously solid habits to keep the weight off! This is a great thing!!! 6 lbs lost in total this 'go round'

Successes: I am chasing a 8 minute mile outside, so far my fastest is 8:15. I am now able to do 10 regular push-ups, hold a 60 second plank. this morning the scale said 130.6, sooooooo close to my goal for the month.2 -

There was a time where I had thought I had broken through but it looks like I will not be making my goal. I've been chugging water though. I'm quitting tea as of now.0
