Just wondered if anyone could help me. I have put my settings to sedentary desk job as that is what I do. What I was wondering in is what additional exercise should I log, for example when I am feel particularly motivated in walk up the stairs to work, six floors and my walk to the car park is 10 mins intensive up and down hill super fast walking, is all of this considered day to day activity and already included in my calorie allowance. FYI is my mfp is set to 1200 cals, I count all my extra stuff like swimming, badmin etc. 1200 cals is fine with me as I have just come off a vlc of 600 cals for the last 5 weeks so anymore than this would make me weight gain horrendous. I am not thin by any stretch of the imagination by bmi is 30!
