When people say "just eat more", they usually have a high amount of fat on themselves, but if the OP doesn't mind that, then go ahead and take that advice... depends on what you want to look like. No benefit to getting fat. You'll gain fat, but there's no reason to get fat, if you know what I mean, especially if you care about health and how you look.1 -
Keep eating all the time . Lift heavy. Lots of rest and sleep. Limit cardio0
