Hit my interim goal!

A couple of years ago I was 312 pounds. I used WW online and managed to get down to 225 (my goal weight). Well, once I hit the 225 I basically slacked off and quit tracking the good ol' points. Although I didn't eat that bad, I did have a tendency to graze too much. I also didn't step on the scale. As a result, I gained 32 pounds, stepping on the scale to see that I was 257. I initially thought, back to WW online. Well, they changed the program again and I didn't see the kind of results that I was used to. I decided to check out MFP, and started tracking in October last year. I canceled my WW account as MFP is basically the same thing, just easier and cheaper!. As of this morning, I was 224.8!! I've reset my target to 215. I have not been below 225 for probably 30 years and feeling great. Love MFP!!
