Ok Round 2

Hi All,
Ok after a difficult start, I am gearing up to start round 2 with getting back into fitness!! I had 4 surgeries last year and 1 this year. Lumbar fusion, meniscus repairs, and this year a perineal nerve decompression that is still not totally fixed or healed. I have always been very active and love lifting weights, dabbled in running, enjoy swimming, and cycling. Not allowed to run right now and quite frankly its such a balancing act of not doing too much and not doing enough. So here I am..... going to start slow but consistently go! Appreciate the support and would love some encouragement!! Thanks in advance!!
