Hey. I'm currently looking for advice on building muscle. I Have just finished 2 rounds of insanity and lost 3st 5 lb. Now after advice for bench workouts on how many sets/reps to start. Currently doing bench press, bicep curls, dumbell flys, barbell row, lateral raises and leg raises. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

My advice is simple. Find a structured program and follow it, eating enough to support muscle growth. Here's a link with a pretty good list of various programs that fellow MFPers have done and like(d).

Those structured lifting programs will be based around the following compound movements (Squats, Deadlift, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Bent Over Rows, Pull/Chin Ups) and progressive overload of them. Starting Strength is a great place to 'start'1
