Yes..7 week old..i need to lose like 20 lbs..trying to workout when baby lets me..lol1

I'm 9 weeks PP today and I'm hoping to lift again on Wednesday. I started exercising intentionally about 1.5 weeks ago. Prior to that babywearing and constantly walking up and down our stairs were my only forms of exercise.
I'm 1kg away from my pre-pregnancy weight. Breastfeeding us AMAZEBALLS

Breastfeeding is not helping me any, unfortunately. My appetite is through the roof! My little guy is 11 weeks old. He's also a very fussy baby (my fourth), so I've been mostly stuck at home carrying him around. Not much luck with baby wearing -- he often complains, preferring that I hold him in my arms.
On the bright side, my biceps are gonna be solid!1 -
