Define "recently" (how long ago did you start exercising?)
It is not uncommon to see no weight loss on the scale for a bit after you start losing. This is due to water retention. It is NOT a reason to stop exercising. Keep exercising and keep eating in a deficit and you will do fine.0 -
New exercise causes your muscles to retain water to repair them. This water weight will mask weight loss, and even show as weight gain sometimes.
Keep it up. Your body will readjust to the new exercise in awhile (anywhere from 2-6 weeks) and you'll start seeing losses again.0
