how much protein ?

ok so i am 5'5" 120 lbs . i am working out 5 times a week 3 times out of that is about 1 hour of muscles and 30 cardio ( the rest is just cardio and stretching)

i been having around 100- 130 g of protein a day .

MFP tells me i am over all the time but i read that we should be consuming about 1g per pounds of our body

my goal is to gain lean muscles

can anybody help me out (my diary is opened)
