Hello,

I live in Sherwood Park, AB and I am looking for people that are looking for a workout buddy/motivator. I have been on my weight loss journey since January but don’t have a lot of friends that are interested in working out/ getting healthy. Anyone in the Sherwood Park/ Edmonton area that would like to make new friends and help motivate each other would be awesome. I have two dogs so I like to go for long walks with the dogs, I also would like to start trying different workout classes (most places have free trial classes). If anyone is interested please let me know. Having a workout buddy would be awesome. 
