Struggling to hit that goal!

Hello! I'm a 25 year old from Denver who struggles with her weight in general. Right now I'm 5'6 and 138 lbs. I was at my heaviest around 20 after I got a job where I was largely sedentary and had easiest access to fast food for lunch, and weighed around 170/wore a size 16 pant. A few years later at 22 I had a pretty severe mental health issue (food became a trigger for my ptsd) and my calorie intake was maybe around 500 calories a day on a good day, and I slimmed down to around 118 lbs/a size 2 pant. After some recovery I ended up plateauing around 125 lbs/ a size 4 and started riding horses competitively for exercise, and I was very happy with where I was... until about six months ago when I broke my ankle and continued eating like I was riding, and then after healing and being able to walk I found myself binge eating as well.

So in the past six months I had put on about twenty pounds, decided to try and lose weight in February, didn't commit to it earnestly and have only dropped about 7 pounds since then. I've put down good groundwork in the past two weeks ensuring my mental health is where it needs to be to be successful, logging every single thing I eat (utilizing my shiny new food scale), and restarting exercise on both my horse and running. I want to be back to where I was before breaking my leg, so hopefully all this will help me to drop the 13 pounds I want off!

If anyone has any suggestions, advice, or is also in Denver and wants to be an accountabilibuddy or whatever, let me know!
