Hello I'm austin and I'm fat, but working on bettering that!!!! Been hitting the weights for a solid 3 weeks and watching my diet for about 2 months and I'm down around 25 lbs since December. Currently tipping the scales at 326 and hope to build solid mass and get down around 200 in the next year. Here's a quick before and after with about two weeks between pictures!
