Having trouple losing the weight

    i went from 210 to 171(actuslly 160 was my lowest). its not always easy or a straight line but u have to be consistent. i did most of it blindly n before the days of MFP so it is A LOT EASIER now with MFP.

    1. set up a profile in MFP but dont be too aggressive on ur weight loss goal in the first few week so ur body doesnt fight back too much. just aim for 1 ibs a week n LOG UR FOOD EVERYDAY. u can change the setting to 2 ibs a week later once u have some success at 1 ib a week.
    2. take.up some resistance training by joining a gym or go swimming 2 or 3 times a week. running is high impact n its mostly likely not for u at 60 ibs over weight.
    3. join an online support/challenge group here for support

    its NOT easy but its NOT impossible. good luck!
