Food/ calorie questions

Hey guys. I've been having an issue with meeting even close to my calorie goal. Unless I force myself to binge I can't meet my calorie goal for the day.
When I started logging I realized I wasn't even eating a meal a day! So i started working from that to two large meals with snacks. Now I'm at 3 meals (until I'm full) and snacks.
Tonight for example I ate 3 full meals and still have 700 calories to eat before my earned workout calories. Any advise for what to do?

Post mealplan/example meals, what are your macronutrient ratios and desired daily caloric intake?0

What are your goals? Opening your food diary might be helpful so people can see what you are actually eating.0

I'm currently at around 1200-1400 calories. But I don't count my macro/micronutrients. Im finding it more important to actually eat and change an eating disorder mentality.
While it would be good for most people, I found when I tried I was so overwhelmed I started back down that path so currently I just do general calories.
Examples of meals: egg white omelets with spinach, mushrooms and cheese; Granola with fruit for snacks/breakfast;
Chicken with artichokes, onions and spinach; Potato soup. Then those for extra meals or snacks.0 -
Your meals sound very healthy. All you need is a couple snacks; an evening snack if you are still low.1

It's great that you're eating so healthy!! One small bonus about healthy eating is you basically get to eat MORE which is great! But I totally relate in how it can be difficult to cram all that into a day and not be miserable. My only suggestions would be to maybe ease back on the ultra healthy options. Instead of just egg whites in your omelet maybe use part egg whites and 2 whole eggs. It'll add about 150 calories but still be a pretty light meal. Maybe a dash of cheese here or there, that's another easy 100 calories. The small things can add up and hopefully make hitting your calories goals less daunting. Good luck!3

Based on your answer I am assuming you are trying to lose weight?0

Thanks guys. I'm trying to do this the right way and that can be confusing.
@atjays that's a good suggestion I'll see what I can adjust.
@rileysowner Yes I am. I've lost about 95 lbs in 17ish months. But 50lbs was waterweight and my baby. I lost that in the 2 weeks after her birth. The rest has been a struggle.0 -
@diannethegeek thanks!! That helps a bunch! There's so many things I can't eat that having a list like that is great!0
