I'm Brian. I started a fitness program last week of March, 2017 (ish).
I am 5'11" or 6'0", I started around 215 lbs. I am right about 200 or 201 now, in the morning I think scale said 198.x today? It's whatever.
One day, I just had an overwhelming urge to change my lifestyle. I used to just eat whatever, I never cared about calories or fitness or anything. I probably ate 4 or 5k calories in a day sometimes I'm sure....
I have alot of fat around my midsection, lower back, and that's pretty much it. I guess I am skinny fat? I have taken some pictures twice now, but I am waiting until I am closer to my goal weight (175lbs) before I post any pictures at all.
I started using MFP on April 1st. Tracking calories is pretty addictive. My friends and wife tease me about it a little.
Anyways, I will be creating another thread, as I have some questions. I wasn't sure if an introduction is a formality I should complete or not, so here I am.
