Im 6' tall, 27 yrs old, 2 duaghters who need to see the man their mom fell in love with. I used to be pretty fit, jogged 4miles daily and lifted weights daily . So i had a big appetite . I would eat extreme amounts of calories but kept it clean no junk or greasy food. But that was then as i got more preoccupied with work and being a family man. I exchanged my workout schedule with being a husband and dad. But my appetite stayed the same except i somehow got hook with easy food. I just plain and simple let myself go. Now my weight is messing with my girls playtime since dad cant seem to keep up. Thats sucks big time so its time to get my self toghether . I dont know what took me so long.

At least you know how you got there. It happens to a lot of people, me included. One day you're young and active and carefree and can eat without stressing about your weight and the next minute you're a parent and have a full time job and don't work out anymore and eat for convenience or because you cbf or whatever. Just remember you don't have to work out all the time to lose weight, it's 90% what you stick in your mouth. If you clean up your eating, get plenty of protein etc you should be fine. You're young, and you're male - you'll lose weight easily1
