Looking for fitness buddies

I am looking to loose weight and consistently make new fitness changes permanent.
- I try to keep a clean diet
- I try to use a stationary bike daily
- I don't know how much weight I need to loose or how many pounds I've lost.... I think last spring June I was 190 pounds then I cleaned up my diet and continued exersizing . I have lost at least 6 inches everywhere. The scale now says I'm 228. I also use weights in most of my workouts so I'm going to assume it's muscle tone. Doesn't make sense for me to weigh more when Iam thinner unless it's muscle tone.
- I will make my diary public if it isn't right now.

    It's very doubtful that you have gained 30lbs of muscle.

    Do you have pictures to compare when you were 190 and now at 228?

    im not making any claims the number is higher and I'm much thinner.

    I might, I avoid cameras so that would be hard. I think I have one from when I'm heavier but I look kinda slim in it.
