31-Day Squat, Lunge and Pushup Plan - do you see results?

I saw that MFP posted the 31-Day Squat, Lunge and Pushup Plan which looks pretty amazing and doable, I was just wondering if anybody out there has done something similar before and seen results after only 30 days?

    I'm doing this and on day 6. So far so good, don't know if I've really seen anything apart from general more awake, ready for the day after doing my exercises. Search for my discussion (31 days) to see what else I've added into it

    Also it helped me to think that over the total 31 days how many of each exercise I've completed

    Just completed the challenge yesterday. I see some difference in my arms but that's about it. Do I feel the results, absolutely. I think I'm going to move on to the body-weight fitness regular routine.
