Pre-cooked or post cooked weight?

Totoally random thought last night as I'm weighing out my chicken into my containers. I started with 30 oz precooked, ended up with 3 servings of 6.5 oz each or 19.5 oz total and it caused me to think. I've been adding "Grilled Chicken" on my diary at a cooked weight, how do you know if the selection you pick is pre-cooked weight? It only matters recently since I switched to a IIFYM diet and increased my protein intake from 190g/day to 270g/day. If I'm off I'm gonna be way off my total calories and macros now!
