How do you get the V shape? Not a big fan of abs but I want the V shape and I'm currently gaining weight. Need to gain around 25 lbs

Several things go into the V-shape. The first is body fat. For a man, getting it down to 10-15%, then muscle building, exercises that work the whole body are best (think squats, deadlift, overhead press), then genetics, people are built slightly differently. One of the things you can control is try to get your shoulders bigger. A bigger set of shoulders will make the rest of you look smaller.1

Have a small waist (not be fat), big shoulders and a wide back.1
