Professional Chef and Mom of one expecting baby #2

Hi everyone, I'm Merely

So like the title says I'm a professional chef mom of a one year old baby girl and expecting surprise baby #2. I'm currently overwheight so I'm going into a healthy kick, trying to loose the overwheight while providing all the goods for my ninja baby and getting my body strength to carry another little monster.

Will love some friends on this journey, I love fun workouts and yummy meals.

    Hey hun. Best advice from me is to try lowish carb if you can. Not stupidly low, eat good wholegrain carbs. But you definitely don't want to get gd, it's a nightmare and can really affect the baby as well as you. I've been there, was not not nice.. for me or my baby xx

    Before you try to lose weight, ask your doctor if they are okay with that
