How to remove my fitbit

My fitbit is throwing off my daily food diary and calorie count.
How can I delete from myfitnesspal?

    Go to Apps, then find Fitbit and click on it to undo it. good luck. "Apps is in MFP"

    Click on Apps above, find fitbit then disconnect it.
