Hello,

I am new to my fitness pal. I was using weight watchers and lost 40 lbs with it. The issue was the price. I learned that I can lose the weight I just need to keep logging my food and workout. I cant do much at the moment due to tears in my achilies tendon. Any tips and recomendations are appreciated.
