I am new to this site and was wondering what is the 30day shred?

It's a workout video by Jillian Michaels called The 30 Day Shred. It's a 3 level circuit workout done in 30 second -1 minute intervals of cardio, strength training and abs. Generally done with each level done in 10 day increments.1
