Back on track!!!

I started my weight loss journey the beginning of Aug 2014 and by April 2015 (my 50th Birthday) I had lost 70 lbs. I lost another 5 lbs by mid June leaving me only 30 lbs. from my goal. My motto was fit by 50! I was eating healthy and exercising regularly. I was VERY pleased with my progress. Then I received a job promotion which had me traveling extensively. This had me eating out all the time and out of an exercise routine. I've gained 50 of the 75 lbs back. I've made some changes and trying to focus on the 25 I'm still down. My goals for May are to stay within my calorie goals and begin my exercise routine. This girl is heading in the right direction!!!!
