Change for the better, starting today

Hello all,

I'm a 38 year old woman at 150 lbs trying to lose 10-15 lbs. I want to feel healthier and fit into my clothes better. No more breathing heavy after walking up the stairs. I eat when I'm bored and it seems like I was bored all winter. Sitting at a desk all day at work doesn't help either....

Any help with sharing tips or motivation would be appreciated.

    Good for you for putting yourself and your health first. You're going to do great! Stick to your calorie goals, move a little more each day and you'll be at your goal before you know it!
