Issues

OK so I was on a streak of 16 days I went and removed app from phone and then put it back on and I tried to log with my old username and I couldn't I made this one. I'm 29 and prediabetic so I need to watch stuff . Please help me reach my goal. I was 212 and now I'm 198.8 so I'm losing just struggle to do it on my own.I will support back an motivation

    Welcome back!! Find your daily calorie goal with the amount of weight you want to lose per week and stay at that goal, regardless of exercise. If you exercise, you have a few more calories to play with but don't eat back all of them, since calories burned are overestimated. Try with 50% and adjust from there. We're all in this together!
