About to go serious!

Hey guys!
I've been struggling with my weight since I got into a relationship with my boyfriend almost 11 months ago; I weighed 59kg (crossfit and a very restrictful diet [almost paleo with a little consumption of cheese]) and I currently weigh 65+kg :neutral: (gym [weights], some supplements [protein and preworkouts] and quite a permissive diet); I want to reduce my fat levels and increase muscle, so any help, suggestions, advises are so very welcome! I hope to share some of my experiences too and be helpful; I also have DM1 so I can also share knowledge and resources of that kind :smiley:
