Hi I'm lisa this is my first time using this site properly I need to loss 3 half stone by November so i will need help and motivation so I'm not the fat friend on a day/night out a few of use are having (seeing Steps in concert ) I want to be comfortable in the seats at the stadium and not feel like I will get stuck lol so any help would be very grateful.

    Welcome! Well done for deciding to change your lifestyle for the better! Just remember, it's one day at a time. Maintain your water intake. Try to get away from juice or flavored beverages if that's a thing for you... log everything!!!! But most importantly, be kind to yourself!
