Hi,
I'm a mother of two who has struggled with depression and anxiety for the past few years. While working full time, going to school full time, and taking care of kids, I lost my father and was going through a separation with my ex. I couldn't handle all the change and let myself slip.
I ended up taking antidepressants and gaining over 20 pounds and felt even worse than before. I stopped the pills and have recently joined the gym again. I already feel better!
I'm looking to whip myself back into shape and learn to love myself again.
To date I've lost 7 pounds in the last few weeks.

Going to the gym always helps me feel better! Sometimes I have to drag myself in there but I am so happy that I didn't once I am done.
