Need Ideas

I'm really struggling with feeling satisfied and staying within my calorie budget. I would very much appreciate ideas as to what to eat, how often to eat, etc., as cleanly, but simply, as possible.

    Could you open your food diary for us to take a look?

    Personally, I like to eat every three hours to keep myself comfortably satisfied all day and neither very full nor very hungry. 6 am breakfast, 9 am snack, 12 pm lunch, 3 pm snack, and 6 pm dinner. Sometimes 9 pm snack too.

    Just a few good, filling, healthy foods are nuts and nut butters, oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese, whole grains, bananas, sweet potatoes, brown rice, chicken and fish, beef jerky, eggs.

    It would help to see your food diary though. :)
