Hello my friends!!!!

Thanks for your regular emails - sorry I have not checked in much. I am still here with you, although most of the time it's in heart, not actually signed in.

This is how much this site has changed my life:
I am about to make cauliflower mashed potatoes for dinner tonight!!!! Yum!:tongue:
I have been holding steady at 145 although I would still like to lose a few more pounds.
Holding steady is tough because sometimes I am on the road 3 hours a day, have a crazy schedule and don't usually have time for regular meals.
My good habits that have kept my weight steady comes from learning from all of you!!!!
