Kims Magic Pop

This is not really a recipe per se but a good treat to have on hand. I discovered these today when I was randomly walking through the Anderson's General Store - it is a Korean snack.

Think of it as a cross between a flour tortilla, rice cake, and potato chip. Its an airpopped rice cake. Check out all the flavors and get creative with the possibilities. Its only 15 calories and no fat.

I used the original flavor today, broke them up into chips and put seafood salad on them and fat free french onion dip. It definitely satisfied my potato chip and dip craving without the grease and fat.

I looked it up to see what other people do with them, I saw everything from spreading sweet spreads on them (like laughing cow strawberry cheese), using them as buns, and even making a crust for a low carb cheesecake with them. And best of all, its already in MFP

I would love to know your experience with these - they are def my new obsession bc of their versatility.
